We call you back to check the basics: the address, roughly how big the space is, and what the patio has to attach to. If it sounds like a job we can do well, we book a time to come out and measure it. The site visit and the quote that follows are free.
Clear access to the area, and any paperwork you already hold. A site plan, the original house plans, a strata or estate covenant, or a previous quote all speed things up. If you have photos of the eave and gutter line, send those with your enquiry so we arrive prepared.
No. The on-site measure and the written quote that follows are free and carry no obligation to proceed. We do not give instant prices over the phone, because a custom flat patio cannot be costed honestly without someone looking at the fascia, the slab and the fall.
We cover the Perth metropolitan area and run south into the Peel region. Coastal suburbs, the hills and the outer estates are all normal work for us. If you are close to the edge of that range, send the address through and we will tell you straight away.
