Note 01
Peel, not Perth, and it changes how the job runs
The distance is real and we plan around it. Site measure, delivery and install get consolidated into a tighter program rather than spread across four separate trips down the freeway.
That changes how decisions get made more than what gets built. Colours, dimensions and post positions get settled properly at the measure, because a return trip to move a post half a metre is not a small thing from here.
Approvals go to the City of Mandurah, not to a Perth council. Its requirements are the standard Western Australian ones for Class 10a work, but it is a separate authority with its own queue and its own forms.
